方案1:为分布式发电所打造的能源管理解决方案

概述
 

当今几乎所有的国家都是利用国内少数几个巨大的发电厂来产出电力并且透过星状拓朴的电力线网络来做长距离的电力输送。在这样的架构下往往产生了不经济的情况因为如同身处恶劣的环境一样电力会随着传递距离的产生递减损耗的情形。

由于全球暖化的问题日益严重,致力于探排放量的减少已成为为全球的共识以及当务之急。再生能源的运用更能达到永续发展的目的因而益发受到重视,而科技的进步也促成了先进读表以及配电自动化的建设。以上所提的建设再加上政府在政府电力收购制度(FIT)政策的推波助澜之下使得小型的分布式发电项目更有经济价值。

分布式发电能主要是能够利用各式各样的永续或可回收的能源例如太阳光电、风力发电、生质能源、废物转换及水力发电等等。即便最终它们都能成为可靠的能源供给来源,这些永续能源仍然有些与生聚来的特性诸如不可预测性或是波动性而使得实时控制、监视以及调整变得非常重要。分布式发电(DG)能够收集并因应需求来做供给,进而提供了规模经济的契机。
 
挑战
 

以下为施行分布式能源可能会遭遇到的挑战:

  • 区域型等级的能源输出有可能不是那么稳定或是难以预测。
  • 在传送至电力线路之前电力质量的维持问题。
  • 储存多余的电力并不是那么容易而且一旦没有好好控管有可能会造成对于资材的损害。
  • 为了有效配合政府电力收购制度(FIT),双向的先进读表系统(AMI)是先决条件也因此可能增加前置时期的成本。
  • 介于各种不同的电力设施以及子系统的双向先进读表系统(AMI)可能会遭致软件的恶意攻击,因此在分布式发电解决方案的设计上也必须考虑到安全性的问题。

 
解决方案
 
分布式发电能源管理解决方案需要智能感知器来执行能源的测量以及质量的监控。智能感知器本身除了须具备为客户设想的提醒功能、事件报告以及管理报告等来提供历史或是实时的趋势分析。这个解决方案的设计建构本身需要有内建的信息安全保护机制来做到层层的防护控管。
